ResponseProof

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

ResponseProof LLC ("ResponseProof," "we," "us") operates this website to describe our telephonic responsiveness monitoring service for long-term care providers. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, why, and your choices. It covers our marketing website only — not the separate, contracted service we provide to customer facilities, which is governed by a Business Associate Agreement and service terms.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit, our servers record standard request data to understand interest in our service, keep the site secure, and improve it:

Business-interest identification (B2B)

Because we sell to organizations, we may infer the organization associated with a visit from the network you connect through, and — where you arrived via a link we sent you — the organization we sent that link to. We do not attempt to identify you as an individual person by name or email from your anonymous browsing, and we do not use third-party services that resolve anonymous visitors to named individuals.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies. The main one (rp_rid) remembers the link code from a ResponseProof email so we can attribute your interest to the right organization. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use this website to collect health information. If you submit the contact form, we use what you provide solely to respond to your inquiry.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting/CDN, email delivery, and — if enabled — an IP-to-organization lookup provider), under contract and only as needed.

Retention

We keep website analytics for a limited period needed for the purposes above and then delete or aggregate it. IP addresses used for organization lookup are retained only briefly.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. You can also block cookies and use browser "Do Not Track"/privacy settings.

We built ResponseProof around trust and minimal data. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we would rather over-explain than surprise you.
